ReStore Volunteer: Afternoon Shift (2:00 PM - 5:30 PM)

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Will County Habitat! The ReStore is Habitat's home improvement resale store, and its proceeds support our mission of building homes, communities, and hope.

If you would like to schedule a group or have not volunteered at the ReStore previously, please reach out to Adriana Perrone at at aperrone@habitatwill.org. All volunteers must watch a brief orientation and be issued a digital time stamp to volunteer, which will be sent via email. Note that if you do not have a time stamp or did not coordinate your group, you cannot volunteer! 

Volunteer responsibilities at the ReStore include customer service support, inventory, and clean-up. More information can be found below.

Volunteer Hours:

  Tuesday - Saturday
- Morning: 8:00 am - 11:00 am
- Midday: 11:00 am - 2:00 pm
- Afternoon: 2:00 pm - 5:30 pm

Volunteers MUST be at least 14 years of age to volunteer. Volunteers ages 14 and 15 must be accompanied by a parent, and all volunteers under 18 must have a liability waiver signed by a parent. The waiver can be found here.

Please wear clothing that can get dirty, closed-toe shoes, and bring lunch if you are working more than one shift.
